This was my first experience at Green Valley hotel and I must say it was a fantastic stay. To begin with, this is a PET FRIENDLY hotel. We checked in after midnight & had no issues while checking in. They have wonderful staff and are very quick in responding to any of our needs due to which we had no complaints whatsoever during our stay. Arush, the manager made sure that our stay was fantastic. All the staff at the hotel are great and of very helping nature. Room was very clean & all the basic amenities were provided even before we could ask for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for pet parents especially & for family travelling on leisure & business purpose🙂

Location was perfect that is near to main road towards mahakal mandir, railway station, and many other attractions. Overall i felt it was in the centre from which we can go in any direction. Property is little bit inside so one can't find it very quickly.

At one point, I accidentally made a double payment while settling the bill without realizing it. To my surprise, the staff immediately informed me of the mistake and refunded the extra amount through UPI on the spot. Such honesty is rare and highly appreciated.
In addition, the staff went out of their way to assist me when I needed medicines, personally taking me to a medical store on their scooter. They even dropped us off at the bus stop without any additional charges.
